I Love Your Poems
Poet has been writing with one eye toward dying, and the other trained on details of the world in the now. The nick of time feels like it has both eyes trained on mortality. We recognize wanting our own stories to continue but also act as if this didn't exist. And then again, you know, language is really in some ways, based on death,. It abstracts from the lovely details of theworld around us. So e death is omnipresent.
