Well, you could start paying all of those raters and people who are helping to do quality assurance on your large language models. You could start hiring them as full-time staff and giving them healthcare benefits. And then, you know, we'll worry about the other stuff. Tools will always reflect the people who make them is when it comes down to. If those people are exhausted and poorly treated, they're going to end up with racist robots.
