Is It a Good Idea to Sign the Documents?

When we sold to facebook, there were a couple of our investors who wouldn't sign the murder documents until they got some special deal. And that to me was a test to how much trust they were giving and how much they want ed access my next deal. I don't think people that are new to the industry don't understand that.
