Harbor Group - What's the Difference Between Open and Closed In?

AUM is about 20 billion dollars. 80% of that is related to multi-family or housing. I went into the business after getting out of a family business that had nothing to do with real estate and so Norfolk has been a good place for a harbor group to start. There's been a few challenges along the way. We can talk about that in terms of being in a smaller city like Norfolk but overall it's worked out well for us.
