How Do You Find These Tiny Brokers to Work With?
All the brokers we work with, with exception of one, i'll say two, they don't list their properties on lupnet. We put it under contract the day it came on market for 200 thousand less than listing. Gui just kind of made a linked inpost and we found it that way. I'm pretty sure a every single broker's number in the market that we operate in. So if any deal is coming to market, are going on the web site, i'll know about it. And i have a book mark here of probably 35 broker web sites that i go to at least once a week to see if they have new offerings available.
