Do We Need Animal Contraception?
There's a growing literature even in philosophy about what are called liminal animals part wild and part domestic. I think we should try some other means of keeping the rat infestation down before we would actually go and massively kill rats. In cases like elks, there may be a need for animal contraception, but not for reasons of sheer greed. So anyway, we're just thinking about what a multi species world will look like is a very hard job, but we have to do that job and figure out how we can all live together.
