How Can I Help My Husband When He Won't Talk to Me?

After one of these episodes, even if i'm not involved, he will refuse to talk to me and go to bed without looking at or speaking to me. I feel really hurt by this, and have gone to bed cry multiple times because of it. No, i'm not going to leave my husband for this.
