Should I Pay Off My Mortgage?
With low interest rates is everybody's coming, not everybody, right? But most especially within financial independence communities, we're coming out at this is like a very rational approach. Over every rolling 30 year period invested in the s m p 500, the annualized total return has been 8 and a half%. If paid minimally, it may not be a bad thing for you to have a mortgage till you're 70. And i'm just saying, tha al tosay, i actually ented resid not to refy, because i think i'll start paying my mortgage down a little bit more aggressively.
