When you exercise you do damage your muscles which causes them to grow back stronger but that doesn't work for everything. There actually is a thing where you know if you hit your bones and cause tiny micro factors through them they do get harder over time. So I'm like this guy seems to be implying but like the more you fuck your sleep you know you can become the world weightlifting champion of sleep deprivation. It sounds reasonable but it just or was presented so reasonably but it just does not land for me.
