It depends on so many factors to include, you know, the person's level of training advancement. We typically observe that people who are earlier on in their training career are able to increase loads more regularly compared to those who are much more advanced and later stages of their training career. So i don't think that there is a distinct time frame that we can tell you that you should be regularly adding weight to the bar.
