A Nuclear Power Plant on the Moon?

The James Webbs space telescope has hit another delay. The original plan was to launch it as early as two thousand seven but for many reasons, that never happened. While preparing to attach the telescope to the ariane five launch vehicle, a clamp band released unexpectedly. It did vibrate like there was a shudder that went through the telescope.
