It's very interesting to me that we underestimate how politically cross cutting self sovereignty is as a value. It's very difficult to remove political philosophy from political identity, especially in america right now. I think the take away is that this is a process that's happening whether we want it to or not. And ultimately, when it comes down to it, the only way to have a seat at the table of how things are changing is to put yourself there and be involved.
