Sandra london is the author of a new book, Beyond fiction. She talks to Rogue copp about her relationship with serial killer shaffer. The pair first met at a school dance when she was 17 and he was 18 years old. They went back to their respective dates but Shaffer later tracked them down by looking up every last name in the phone book until he found hers. After that they were together for nine years before calling it quits. But 25 years on Shaffer still has his grisly scars from an unsolved murder.
