The Importance of Eliminating Processed Foods

The first objective is to eliminate nutrient deficient processed foods from the diet. If you consume an optimal amount of nutritious food, that is going to promote a stress balanced high energy lifestyle. But I think a lot of people get stuck in these patterns where they're becoming exhausted and stressed from dietary restriction. It carries over into poor recovery from exercise, diminished motivation, suppressed immune function or any combination of stressors.
