The Negative Consequences of Lifting

I'm a very narrow ISA type person for reference sake too. I mean, not that I hadn't done lifting before, but this was like where I took it and I really ramped it up. So you're going to have connected tissue adaptations that are going to be associated with the heavy lifting. If there's no time constraint, powerlifting is a great example. There's no timer on the lifts. All you have to do is keep moving and then finish the lift. Well, I can sustain that force production over a longer period of time. And so under those circumstances, I'm sticking you to the ground when it's time for you to produce force within a narrow time
