Every day I log my weight my calories and then I'll next to it It'll say like average weight for the week. The last two weeks specifically were just out of thousand calories. This is all still a thousand every single day So I'm actually gaining weight 185 183.2 finally hit that new low 184 187 185 184 185 185 so I mean that's that's pretty amazing To see that after that much time at a thousand is pretty incredible.
