Is there a approach now mirroring some of the errors that you've suggested liberals engage? Are those also things that are going to be seen eventually to have been on soft footing to be overturned and another backlash and sue the other way again, or how do you think about that? I think so, and I think it's happening a lot faster than it did back then. Roe v. Wade was not particularly controversial when it came out. The only four big originalist cases were Dred Scott, which sort of discredited it for a long time.
