The Induction Process
This week in what appears to be the most excruciatingly human day of the human existence we're going to explore the induction process. For me induction needs to first of all make sure there's an environment that is that he's welcoming to people and we need to set out a place that creates psychological safety for people. We don't really know what we're going into as a teacher or leader to a new school until you get there which is so crazy when you think about our jobs.
