What Are the Most Emotional Needs?
When your conscious mind isn't muscling towards the answer, we can sense it. It's just we have to let our thoughts or our emotions calm down and relax enough for us to see it. I also want you to write to yourself about am where the like, what are the most emotional needs and wants and and fears? What are they? Where are they coming from? Like, usually we have a desperate kind of grabbing sensation. And this is kind of like old fear based needs. They feel very dire and anxious. So that those usually, when you write them down, it takes away a little bit of their power.
