i grew up in the washington, d c area originally, thus where om from. Been in chicago since about two thousand 14. There were not really a lot of conversations around breaking down what we've learned about being masculine or other things like that. It has been quite disorienting to try to figure ot who i am without a lot of those influences. I think for men, its really difficult because f how aggressively indoctrinated you are.
