Hydroponic Vertical Farming
Some people say that they can grow as much on an acre of hydroponic vertical farming as you could in a hundred acres of open field farming. Food is grown and distributed locally. Land use is severely cut back in terms of how much land you need to grow. Nutritional studies, first of all, are notoriously awful and hard to do. We're not going to feed the country on vertical farms. So this is going to come down to cost.
