How to Find Good Bike Shorts to Wear Under a Dress

Here's a real question for anybody out there. Where do I find good bike shorts to wear under a dress that are not athletic? Okay. So they're not athletic meaning you cannot get on a bike with you. You could, but they're the texture of stretch sweat wicking. What do you want? I want like a cotton bike shirt like how when you're a little kid, but for a grown woman. Like you could wear under a summer dress. Exactly. The breeze will want to come back. But men still have to wear suits or can we wear dresses? You better look nice.
