i wrote marketing and everything in the fitness world for a long time. The biggest thing is, you know, y at a base level, you have to make time to do something. So men, obviously, i think starting strength in the barbell training is fantastic. But if something can go in at a particular time and do it, what havere you at eight in the morning or seven at night? That just works. It's tricky to figure that out, because obviously some people have schedules where they, they are moved around. Even professionalist, that's, that's tough. Its have to get in that consistent time.
