Lufthansa Group's IT Outage

Lufthansa Group suffered an IT outage on Wednesday that led to cancellations and delays across the group of airlines. It was, I think, a fiber line cut somewhere in Deutsche Telekom's network where even though the cable was buried five meters deep, some guy in a backhoe still decided to break it. There will be a yeast frank at both the Frankfurt and Munich hubs tomorrow or Friday which could take them entirely offline.
