The US and Cuba Are Negotiating to Establish a Joint Military Training Facility in Cuba
Wall Street Journal reports that China and Cuba are negotiating to establish a joint military training facility in Cuba. It's not clear if this report is true, but it comes after US accusations that China has had spying capabilities in Cuba since at least 2019. These reports seem to be suspiciously timed as Secretary of State Antony Blinken went to China last week.
