It doesn't cost anything to give people a virtual badge or print off a certificate,. They can be funny, they can be jokes, they can embrace pop culture. You don't need to celebrate losing a million dollar deal, but when people make a mistake, you see it for the opportunity that it is. We work in a vacuum, we work as a team, and it's celebrating that.
