And so i think having answers to both is so good to prepare for, because it's like, yes, here's how i did it before. But then the question could be flipped around of life. Well, how would you deal with a disgruntled customer? You can say, well, this is what i did, how I did it in the past, but i would also do this, right? Ah, that could totally set you up for success."
