Ben, who joins us from london, one of our readers has a question. He had his own 17 year old daughter in hospital for surgery recently. She's all fine but i read your book soon after suite by chance. I think similar to what nick was saying is just so accurately reflected in the story. That evocation of hospital time,. the way everything changes, the contours of our lives change, if you are in a hospital environment. Yes, it's both very slow, because minutes cruel and nothing happens and you can't do anything, and very fast because the fear of death is upon you. And then that struggle to keep a relationship going when you're both being parents
