Is the Polytech Merger a Success?
We've got significant growth in the apprenticeship sector, which was one of our goals through the reforms. We want more people learning on the job, and we're achieving that. There is a higher turnover when you're bringing complex mergers together,. You'll often find that there's a turnover in the senior leadership during that time. Will this be more efficient? I think it will be. In terms of the learners, courses are continuing to be delivered. Of course, completions are continuing. That part of the system has barely noticed a difference.
