Cultured milk is made from cells taken from cow's milk itself and tissue biopses. Wilk expects to have both dairy and infant formula products on the market in the next couple of years. There are a handful of other companies working on cell cultured breast milk as well, but i think we will see more and more alternative ways of producing animal or plant-based food.
