The Declaration Is Not the Governing Document
The declaration is not the governing document, it's the founding document. The constitution has no authority or obligation at all, unless as a contra man and man. It does not so much as even purport to be a contract between persons now existing. So here i am living in a state which has a government that i had no part in founding. That strikes some people as unfair.
