We want to keep the network essentially free, incredibly close to free, for users for at least a few years, and ideally forever. The more diversity of traffic is, the more anonymous i am. I might want some signal traffic mecause file down in track any wont som web rowser traffic mixed en. Some of that fee that i pay as a paying user should subsidize, for privacy reasons, users that can't pay. Ah, but not enough free usage.
