The Food Pyramid or Healthy Eating Pyramid
The food pyramid or the basis of it is from Sweden, I believe. It was introduced in Sweden in the 70s but wasn't introduced in the US until the 90s. There's been a lot of debate about trade groups and industries having their thumb on the scale here. So the food pyramid or healthy eating pyramid or wherever you call it can be pretty, pretty divisive might be good for an episode too.
