Evidence of grave goods too from here. And these come out of the tombs at nandawas, which means that we're talking about high status grave goods. These include a pearl, shell fish hooks, difficult to make, but more than anything else, they are a kind of currency. One island was dedicated to turtles and roasting turtles. Another islet was dedicated to eels. Turtles and eels in particular, are like the super duperi status totems, or clann symbols. So these are occurring also in the same area, which then just reinforces the status of nandaas in particular.
