Cannibalism is very, very rare in the human species. It was possible to test this because we have bones of animals that were butchered for food by Neanderthals during the misterion. And we also have the bones of people who have been buried in what's called secondary burial. We would never be cannibals, but those Neanderthals were. As a way of kind of distinguishing what made us human beings.
