The TikTok Debate

Congress was hostile to TikTok and gave every signal that they would favor a ban. The other topics we saw brought up were data privacy more generally. Members on both sides of the aisle pushing for our federal data privacy framework, in part related to concerns about consumers' data rights with TikTok particularly.
