A Case Study of a Pancriotic Adeno Carcinoma
The patient was having weight loss and post prential pain, colo static picture liver injury. Blood cultures, coxidids, meno diffusion and complement fixation were both negative. Patient als ultimately underwent e r c p and anoscopic ultra sound which demonstrated a four centimeter pincreotic head mass. Abiliary stent was placed, and biopses of the mass were taken. Biopses of both the pancriotic head mask and of one of the lung nodules revealed pancriotic admial carsinoma.
