Compass CEO Robert Refkin had a pretty pessimistic view of the economy and said he would be running his business accordingly. He also spoke on his own panel at the Real Deals Miami event last week, actually just a couple of hours before the Compass earnings call. Katherine: What stood out to you from his talk? No company has ever approached us about buying Compass. I can't say that without getting a lot of trouble.
