The Australian Housing Market in Full Crash Mode

House prices in the US and Ireland and Spain didn't bottom for quite some time after the stock market did. I think it's very much the regulator, ASIC and APRA are have been captured over quite a few years. It really took the Royal Commission to get them to do their job seriously. Australia does not strike me as being a top down economy like that where they can just step on the accelerator due to a bureaucratic fiat.
