The most common direction for shoulders to dissipate is anteriorly. We do often see problems with the subscat, hilarious muscle in those instances. Other bears in increased tensile loading on the muscle when the shinabed is into that direction. I think there's a combination of muscles, not just calf, but also scapular, thoracic muscles and we're never isolating one muscle in the other. The bottom line is strengthening it all.
