The expectation that work should be everything to everybody is one trend, i think, in general, that we should undo. I think the other is you end up almost in some sort of like religious, decamped war between whe're going to be the warmest, fuzsiest organization to the most brutal, cutthroat organization. That's another complex system where tining and environment are involved as well. A if you don't understand that, and you are going to be picking the wrong thing. Theare on two sides of a fence, and it feels like, i becomes like this religious conuntation.
