How Did You Manage That Pandemic?
Face: We built our own c r m system, our own customer relationship management system. That was really helpful because it allowed us to know who was most vulnerable. At the same time, on the back end, there were so many orders coming in that if we weren't automated in terms of how we pick, pack and ship these orders, would have taken us months to get through the back log of order. Face: I remember sitting in one of our facilities, actually, the facility that i'm sitting in right now, and remember that scene from raiders of the lost arc? It's what i was looking at, but filled with toilet paper.
