Is There Evidence for What I'm Doing?

One of the big things i've always wanted to do as a marked in perspective, is have some form of framework. But the issue with the framework is that there's no rigour and actual science behind it. So for me, i was just like, wat, this is just a set of things that i do. It's not like there's no evidence that it works. And now, from what i'm doing an leaning into the research side of what I'm doing. My frameworks basically appearing because it already exists. Ye. If you asked a business owner to write an academic paper, they would go, nope. Because either they don't know how, but they actually do
