A late professor of sociology and african american studies, darnell hunt, looked at 234 t v series from the last two years. He found that two thirds of the shows had no black writers in their rooms. According to women in hollywood dot com, 67 % of shows in the same time period had no women writers. So what dol we do about all this? Does saying, just be confident really work? Is it that's simple?
