Technology really is a great place to invest through real estate. We think that we're extremely bullish with data centers right now. Same goes for the cell tower space and of course the industrial sector as well which is largely supported by e-commerce. So those are areas that I think we're really looking hard at, again this is a great opportunity to be buying reach right now.
