He had made three fraudulent mortgage applications to secure more than £1 million on their two houses by inflating the couple's earnings. These well planned and sophisticated fraudulent mortgage applications gave him £974,144 in Lloyd's bank loans between 2012 and 2015. It also transpired that McGraw was in fact a 007 wannabe, a James Bond wannabe who called himself Paddy Bond as he had a string of affairs behind his wife's back. His friends and acquaintances spoke of him as an incredibly arrogant and boastful man
