South Korea's Proposed Reform of the 2018 Work Week

Before the law change in 2018, a work week could technically add up to 68 hours. In 2016 South Korean workers were putting in an annual average of about 2070 hours. The government had hopes to pass it through the National Assembly near the middle of the year. But there has been fairly outspoken resistance to this proposed reform.
