How to Calculate Emissions Per Passenger on a Plane

Phid Jain is an assistant professor from the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering. He says planes are more like really efficient vehicles compared to road traffic. If you were driving a car on your own, it's about the same emissions as being a passenger on a plane per kilometer. In general, with a current scientific understanding, you can predict the few consumption based on aircraft engine type.
