I feel like oftentimes when you celebrate yourself in a sport like endurance sports with running, I think your RPE often goes down. So there's a touch of awkwardness that drips from my sweat as I have swag and own it. You just got to fake it till you make it. But also that even the people that have made it are likely faking it on some level. And that sports psychology is partially about channeling the fakes into how you manifest yourself in your sport. Next week we'll talk about exactly why that's important in running because it's not just about the psychology of an RPE. It's also about how the body works on the cellular level
