Tracy had often hitch hight taking lists from cars and lorries. And she often paid for these journeys with sex. The detective said her life was not just about prostitution. She travelled round the country as a hobby, most a way of life. Tracy liked to go with lorry drivers because she felt safer with them. But she would take other lifts too. It is often against freight company rules to give lifts.
